"The hot water heater is leaking and they refuse to fix. Now the garbage disposal quit working, the kitchen Florescent light went out and the kitchen sprayer quit working. The worst is the hot water heater that's leaking all over running up the water bill and gas bill."

"As per the rest of these reviews don’t expect your deposit back no matter how clean you leave it. They don’t recognize anything as “ normal wear and tear” a mark on the wall or a nail hole. We moved into the place with normal wear and tear already present (photo evidence on file ) which means the tenant before us most likely paid for the place to be painted but that didn’t actually happen. They are now trying to do the same to me. We lived there for 5 yrs and took very good care of the place leaving it how we received it. AVOID THIS COMPANY on both ends as renters and as owners."

"The office manager is extremely rude and has no customer skills for there customers ( Tenants). The repairs do take a few days but for the most part repairs are fixed on a good time frame. My only complaint and issue is with the Office Manager "Monica". She has no business being a front office manager withe lack of customer skills and desire to help the tenants when in need.The company would u h better with our her representing Rincon Ventures Inc."

"I moved in almost 2 months ago and the washer on my floor has been broken. It takes your money but won't start. I put in a maintenance request and the maintenance man was always here but out getting quarters to test it, out getting a part etc. I got a call from him saying it was fixed but tried it after and it took my money again. Tried calling again and have been told it was laid on it's side so it was broken again and then fixed again but the doors are locked and we aren't given a key. The agent Terri told me she tried to contact Sean or Shawn and he wasn't able to talk so she will get back to me about the key situation. We'll see if I need to report the company."

"Unprofessional office staff and slow response times. Extremely low quality maintenance personnel and work. Maintenance contractors often show up intoxicated. Problems with the home were only addressed when legally required. A few summers back the air conditioning broke and it took over 5 months to have the repairs completed. I had to buy window air conditioners to keep the house cooled. I was denied the first time I requested reimbursement for the air conditioners. I had to get a lawyer to reach out to them to get them to reimburse for the air conditioners. Rincon demanded we leave them in the home when we move out. No proactive maintenance was ever completed in the 10 years I lived in the home. When I moved out of the home I was told they wouldn't prorate the rent and that I had to pay the full month's rent no matter what day I moved. All around unprofessional, I plan to avoid these folks like the plague moving forward."
