Reviews
"Very informative, polite, knowledgeable. Thank you!"
"No one ever answers the telephone when questions need to be addressed, nor are concerns met with solutions. I believe this is a very unprofessional operation and the county needs to investigate what is going on."
"The most absolutely useless agency on the planet. No help with landlords or housing except in subsidized housing. Why have housing authority with no authority..they actually suggested to hire a lawyer to sue."
"This is the sorriest group of individuals I’ve ever seen. After suffering all that I have and then asking me for documents verifying information they don’t even have the courtesy to reach out and let someone know what’s going on. It’s obvious that no one there works as no one ever answers the phone or return any calls they should all be fired"
"Wish I could provide a zero star! I beg prospective tenants to read my review prior to porting or applying here. Please don't deal with this Housing Authority agency! I have been struggling at my apartment ever since I moved in with huggggggge sewer cockroaches, and have had a second inspection, and begged the housing authority to allow me to move. They ignore me for days and even weeks, and didn't care I have an infant child living in these conditions. They were sooooooo determined on forcing me to remain in my apartment, that I was forced to give away my voucher, just to get away from the cockroaches. Please listen to me, and just leave this program alone period, as all the housing programs these days are geared for the tenant to suffer. But if you absolutely need assistance, please find another state! Arizona is the valley of hell, has been ever since I moved here, almost 15yrs ago."
