"I was told they had rentals not even listed online! TOTAL LIE!!! I already called on ALL OF THE LISTINGS THEY SHOWED!!!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! They do absolutely nothing but offer you ads of listings already online!! Then they tell you…. Well of course you have to pay whatever application fees the landlords wants!!!! What???!!! I already did that on my own!!! DON’T GET SCAMMED!!! ANOTHER SCAM FOR HARD WORKING PEOPLE DESPERATE TO FIND HOUSING!!!"

"Very bad management team. Chad is rude and disrespectful, incompliant unless you bring up the owner and ask for them to be involved. Doesn't act quickly to maintaince requests, or finish jobs. I had my heater go out went a whole winter without a heater, my swap cooler broke down, and went almost a whole summer one year without cool air in my house I had to use 3 portable ACs to keep my house cool, then has mold in my home, it took them two months to complete, the job is STIILL not completely done til this day. And when I called about it, it is considered a "cosmetic " issue and is none of Chad's concern since the restroom is fully functional, rewind back to November he offered to credit my account due to me not being able to use the restroom and when I asked him for his offer a few months down the line, he tried to Decline and take back his offer, until I threatened to report him for being incompliant, when im trying to work out my rent issue. And had the owner involved after that and finally made an offer, I always have to threaten to report them to the code enforcer, he tried mentioning an eviction and said the owner wanted us out due to my rent being behind, mind you I'm still making payments towards my rent, even at the time I wasn't not working and called numerous times to let them know i was working on it. The last conversation we had we got in to a huge argument over these issues i mentioned , and he tried to hang up on me, mind you in the past he HAS! But i told him ill just call again or report him to the BBB, Chad is a VERY rude, unprofessional manager. There is no communication in that office! They lost my spare key THE maintenance man was supposed to return! And when the maintenance man finally came out after months after the repairs he didnt even bother to check my bathroom to see what wasn't finished. He just did the little request to turn my cooler on and that was it, which is clear to me that Chad never mentioned an incomplete job, but fully paid the maintenance man for everyday he was here. Once I leave from my current address I'm never looking back! I only wonder if the home owner knows half of anything that goes on !!! So THIS IS CHAD'S RESPONSE BELOW!!! I record's of the requests I made over the 3years of maintenance requests, I have timeliness of how long these jobs took! I could of wrote a BAD review a LOOONG TIME AGO! AT THIS POINT IM DONE DEALING WITH YOU, and I'm done arguing! This is exactly why I made the review because everything is a fight with you! This is completely unprofessial! If you want i will post screenshots of the maintenance requests from YOUR PAGE AND LIST THE DATES I REQUESTED THEM AND POST THE DATES THAT IT WAS FINALLY COMPLETE! just to prove how timely you really are!!! If the owner is always in the loop then I SHOULDNT HAVE TO REQUEST FOR HIM TO BE CALLED !"

"So I paid $60 to not even get help to do the applications? I'm Confused I work very long hours and I'm tired single mom of 3. I'm not able to contact regular hours since I work 10am to 8:30 and having the kids. I thought I was paying to be able to apply through the website. Sort of like other websites that let you send your info out to apply. I feel I wasted my money. All it does it show you listings. I could have done that for free I rather go thru a different free website and be able to at least apply if they scam like I don't have to pay for an application fee if I don't want to or can't afford at that time But I feel Completely Scammed cus I thought I was paying for help to at least have a way to save my info and send it out from your website. But no it's like "hey here's all the houses every other website has shown everywhere except now you paying us $60 & them $60 for the application""

"Redi-Rentals is by no means a perfect experience or as personalized as hoped - BUT, it did cut through many of the scam listing problems I had on other sites. I was able to find a private landlord who preferred doing things "the old fashioned way" and signed the shortest (one page) lease I've ever signed in my life. Ultimately, $60 was money well spent for me for a peace of mind that listings were real - not a scam. The site and tool however, is an ancient, barely updated relic. The UI is horrendous and it's filtering mechanisms are nothing special. The text notifications did function, though, so besides not having modern features - most of what was there functioned - albeit sometimes very awkwardly."

"I received a referral from Redi Rents and on the third day of the month I still have NO hot water, NO cooling, NO heating, NO stove. When i called Redi Rents I was told tough cookie. Tucson Property Executives have been a client for 20 years. Take it to the bank folks. This is a company that supports slum lords! Be very careful of your selection!"
