"Do not move here! There are water issues. It will be shut off often. Now there are boiler issues as well. Just in November heat & hot water was out 10 times. 10 days! And to top it of, during the hard freeze last week, heat and hot water went out at 9PM. Called emergency service and got a call back, saying they can only do what the HOA authorizes, so they wont be repairing it until next day, because its more expensive to get it repaired at night. You end up paying for essential service, like water and heat, with your rent, but you wont be able to shower half the months.."
