"Their application process is a scam. I was at The Salvation Army and The Salvation Army was directly dealing with them and had me. Pay two hundred dollars for the application process. They told me they denied me based on my old landword. But my old landlord gave me a stunning recommendation for my new apartment. They took my $200 and told me. I'd get it back within 45 days. Today is exactly forty five days and I have not received it. Do not fall for this place. It is also extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. And the staff is very rude arrogant and uncaring."

"I lived here for about a year and loved my experience there. The staff members were knowledgeable and kind and any time I needed maintenance done they were very quick to complete it. They allowed me to have pets, which I was grateful for. I lived in one of the studios. I liked the location and quality of the apartments. They were the best I found and I looked all over. I also appreciated that it was a gated community. One downside of the location was the fact that we could hear the alarms go off at the military base every morning and every night lol, but other than that I loved everything about living in these apartments."

"So, they deleted our review. To sum it up, They made a mistake with our lease and had us be the ones to pay for it instead of them. Worst time of my life. They don't care about you, just your money, so if you've got it to spare, have at it, but even then you will step into an apartment with damp drywall and an A/C that doesn't even work. They'll stall on your work orders if they don't like you, which by the way, is unprofessional and not worth your money by the way they treat you. I have had workers there go in when I'm not there and take food or leave trash without permission. Behind the very front of the apartments is only Dead grass and a terrible dog park."

"We have lived here over a year now and we would highly recommend this place to anyone. The office staff is always helpful and friendly. The grounds are clean and well kept. Standard Raintree is also pet friendly. The management helped with the move in paperwork for which we are very grateful. The bus stops right out front which is very convenient. This is a great place to call home"
