"Update on February 1 2019: new management isn’t my favorite at all, and the place is being ran into the ground. Manager(Patty) is rarely ever on site, and I’ve personally witnessed potential renters standing outside waiting and have been asked when she’s in the office, saying they have come back multiple times, to when she has the “be back at” sign... she’s never in the office and it is very inconvenient for everyone around. We’ve been here for 8 months just about, and we love it. It’s not perfect, no place is, but the staff seem to really care about fixing things that need fixing. Only complaint is that if you have any issues with neighbors being loud like we do, nothing gets written down in the notes so you either have to move units or just deal with them. We were told we could bring them to court, but there has to have been prior notice and the manager didn’t put anything down despite her saying she would, multiple times. It’s a quiet complex for the most part. Some rotten kids during the summer when schools out, but that isn’t the complex’s fault. Clean, the laundry rooms are nice but take coins which is inconvenient. Who has quarters out these days? Would like machines that took debit cards. Other than those small things, is a lovely place. Units are updated and very well maintained."

"Living here was one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. During the application process the front office actually answered the phone and responded to our emails and were very pleasant. However, after moving in we realized that there is hardly ever anyone in the office despite the posted hours. They don’t respond to emails or work orders, and now won’t answer the phone concerning our question about our security deposit we were supposed to get back a month ago. During our one long year here we had problems with ants that never got fixed, we were surrounded by neighbors who were loud and blaring music through out the night, and my wife had her car stolen and my car was broken in to. We also had three different neighbors during our time here, two of which were evicted, and that was literally just right next to us. If you are considering living here, I would strongly recommend that you find something else."

"There is much space around the apartment complex and it is located by a very busy Rd. (Golf Links) Front office staff is friendly and helpful."

"I've been a resident here for about 9 months, and ITs absolutely terrible. Never any staff in office maintenance work takes forever to be responded too when our bedroom window was broken during the summer they didn't replace it until a week and a half later and didn't compensate for the high electric bill. Bug problems galore in these apartments not to mention that they WILL charge you to get treatments even when it takes them over a month to get someone out to you to get treated. This place is an absolute joke and trashy. If you don't mind stray animals and bums running thru the complex let alone minors whom don't live here destroying property whether it's the apartment complex or your personal property or vehicle than this is the place for you."
