"Clean and well kept. Management is quick to resolve anything that has come up. Feels much safer than other areas of Tucson which is a nice change from the last place I rented."

"I love it here, best apt I've had anywhere. Management truly cares about residents and keeping the apartments and building maintained. They are always prompt with repairs- and request that you call them immediately when there are things that need repairs. I've seen this to be true. Neighbors are friendly and we all seem to appreciate a quiet home, so there's rarely any noise. The patio is nice and open, on the 1st floor. My little dog enjoys sunning herself every morning. A convenient dog potty is near the parking area. There is a grill in the outdoor area with chairs. The beautiful, sparkling clean pool is at the end of the patio. There seems to be enough parking spaces, and there are some under a canopy that you can rent."

"Hi there! This is Michelle Cunningham, the Property Manager for Desert Atrium. In brief response to the negative review from Victoria Reachert: Victoria did live there for 5 months and was late every month in rent. She was not charged late fees. Ultimately, 5 months in she regrettably lost her job. Rather than evicting her, I kindly offered to allow her to move out on her own accord, and option she gratefully accepted. We had a mutually agreed upon deadline which she called and asked to extend, which I allowed. She moved out on the extended date, left the place clean, and upon move out we had a nice discussion where I let her know I would help her in any way she needed. Then this review...I was never notified of any of the problems stated in this review. There had never been problems before her occupancy or now regarding roaches and unattended to maintenance. This place consistently stays full due to the size and quality of units. My maintenance guy has been here for 6 years and does a really amazing job, we are so lucky to have him! We have an incredibly high retention rate and many repeat residents for 6 plus years for our furnished snow bird rentals. You gotta see the place yourself and talk to the many residents who are very happy here to truly appreciate how great this place is to live."

"I've lived here for the past two years and we just got a new owner a couple months ago. We have been getting nice upgrades lately. The manger i think finally has the money to do some nice upgrades. The place is always clean and i have never seen one bug. Maintaince always stays right on top of things. I can't believe how big the apartments are for the price! i definantly love calling this place home!"
