"I just moved out in and everything so far is great! The pools are sparkling and the grounds are clean. Am happy to be here!"
"I have a friend living there now in Autumn of 2023, and I just say that I commend the management and owners for the fine job they are doing with the property. Every time I visit, the property is clean and neat as the gates are doing a wonderful job keeping out the transient population. Inside the apartments look great so maintenance is doing a great job too! Way to go!"
"Awful experience. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Had our roof fall twice due to upstairs water leaks. The office manager was never at the office and I was never able to reach them Over the phone. Had our apartment infested with roaches even after several attempts to fumigate. Had my room flooded and damage our belongings. Maintence was only available if you begged them to come over. Would never even finish a maintenance request. Had our floors ruined due to water leaks and after living in such awful conditions, we only got $60 of our security deposit back and they blamed us for the apartment being in bad conditions. Please do not lease here. It is not worth the hassle and the awful conditions. Also the area was not safe. Had several shootings outside and drug deals would regularly happen in laundry room."
"(Anonymous profile to protect identity; resident since 2020) When we first moved in the property manager was Robert and he was amazing. Easy to work & communicate with, and TRULY managed the property. He would personally go out of his way to get homeless people out of the parking lot that were dumpster-diving. He was also very helpful and attentive to maintenance requests, and always had a presence in the community on a daily basis since he would be out and about checking in on projects around the property. Robert is also responsible for getting a construction crew to repave the parking lot and making it look refreshed & allowing more parking spaces. But some time after May 2021 the property management company changed and everything has been downhill since then. The company never bothered to reach out to the residents regarding the ownership change, nor did the new manager ever reach out with any information (which till this day I still have no idea who that person is). He/she/they are terrible with communicating, for example, they notified us that the water would be shut off AFTER they shut it off. Additionally, it is difficult to get in touch with them via email because they keep sending emails from different 'no-reply' email addresses. Over our time spent here, there has been a fire started by the homeless in the empty field behind the property, a shooting in the West building, stolen/abandoned vehicles left on property (some actually being still on the property), and various domestic disputes. At this point it seems management will allow anyone to live here regardless if they're able to pay rent. We literally had jobless drug addicts as our neighbors who constantly brought sketchy people around the apartment block and, had OBNOXIOUSLY loud sex all night long. Furthermore, there's a homeless person dumpster-diving at least once a day with absolutely no action taken by management, as well as homeless folks coming on and off the property through a compromised hole in the fence on the southwest side of the complex. Overall, our experience started fine & smooth but has become terrible and there doesn't seem to be a chance of improvement in the near future. Whichever management company and/or manager is looking over the property needs much better communication skills and should probably do a more thorough evaluation of whom they are leasing apartments to. Not in a discriminatory manner, but to simply ensure the management company can receive monthly rent without hassle from delinquent residents. We never went into this apartment complex with high expectations, but it is disappointing to see all these events unfold in front us with little to no action taken from the new management."
"Moved in a few months ago the apartment wasn't very clean. The ac didn't work. The smell in the apartment is just horrible. I told Robert he claimed it was my body size and that the sinks will smell like that. I highly believe there is black mold growing. After 11 days the new management company replaced my ac. Those guys are trying and I can see the difference they are making. However there is still a huge gap in my door and the issues with mold. Because of the gap in the door I can not efficiently cool my apartment below 77 with the ac blasted all day on cold. I can cook and the mold smell will be back in a few hours. I was also told all of the appliances were new and they are not. It has just been a lot of lies and an absolutely horrible first month. Unless things get better I will not be renewing my lease."
