Tons of Work Orders going ignored for months.Unfortunately we are having to step in now and help our friend get legal representation to move forward. Multiple violations under The Landlord and Tenant Act, under Arizona Laws, specifically under Section I. Habitability. Not accredited by the BBB either. Many red flags so renters beware!"

"Constant constant changing of management. Sometimes I feel safe there sometimes I don't. You can tell when there is a change in management because sometimes things get better and most times they don't. When management changes you can tell When the upkeep the grounds and the homeless stop coming and then another switch in management there is trash everywhere and the lazy tenants yards become full of trash. The homeless start digging in the trash or doing drugs behind the dumpster. You can actually can feel when they really could care less about how their property looks and operates. Sometimes there is piles of trash and furniture by the dumpster for weeks sometimes months. There is no adequate lighting in the parking lot. I could go on....smh. I have literally had management walk thru my apartment and have seen the damage to my apartment and promise to get them done within week. It has been months."

"I live in the complex and am appalled by our management (Richard to be exact) was rude to me about my rent. Yes there was a miscommunication on both parties, when I was treated rudely by Richard and I asked to speak to the owner he told me I was gonna get treated even ruder by his owner. He told me I could not speak my grievance with the owner because he was as far up as I could get. I was deeply upset and left the office in dispair knowing my lease is for one year and I'm one month in with problems with roaches(which we took care of it on our own) and toilet problems and promises of wifi with security cameras that I have yet gotten the code to, And still can't talk to this so called rude owner per his employee(Richard). UPDATE,: they call me today 3 months later to follow up on my plumbing problem. Not to mention everything else wrong with it."

"No one Ever answers the phone it's like nobody works there.. When I first moved in here the dishwasher was very smelly the fridge was cracked And dirty The rooms were dirty the paint was chipping. And the lady who works there says someone cleaned the apt and it looked like someone died instead.. in One of the rooms there was gum in the closet on the floor and there was also gum on the window seal. None of the windows had screens, Even after contacting them multiple times, Till this day I still have no screens. This place is one of the worst places in Tucson that I've ever in my life rent at. There's always people fighting outside in the middle of the street there's homeless everywhere, People are not considerate and blast music all sorts of hours in the morning and at night. And the people that work in the office are still nowhere to be found. It's like they don't exist... Work orders take for ever to be answered because no one answers the phone or emails. It's just horrible stay away if you can."
