"What a gorgeous renovation of this property. It’s so nice to see pride in ownership. They have great new amenities that I am looking forward to. The pool is beautiful and the ping pong table is going to be so fun."

"The apartments and the complex is nice, I had a 2 bedroom and it was very roomy with nice hard floors. Unfortunately the residents weren't so nice - alot of domestic violence. The management went through some changes, and began renovating apartments; many residents began getting notices that their leases wouldn't be renewed - even good long term tenants (I assume so they could renovate their units but they wouldn't give a reason). After leaving they refused to give me my deposit back because of their own error - they acknowledged (in a letter) I cleaned the apartment adequately and earned it back, but they wouldn't do their due diligence with section 8 to get their payments after changing their management name. They even tried to charge me for their missing payments which were their own fault. And they still have not refunded my deposit. I moved out 1.5 years ago. Seemed very shady and unprofessional, I hope not to rent from them again."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the newly remodeled apartment complex and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The new management team has done an amazing job with the remodel and the result is stunning. The updates are modern and tasteful, and the amenities are top-notch. Even though the remodel is not yet complete, it's clear that this place is headed in the right direction. But what really sets this apartment complex apart is Karen. She is simply the best! She is friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She takes the time to listen to residents' concerns and works tirelessly to ensure that everyone is happy. Karen's dedication to her job is evident in the way she interacts with residents, and it's clear that she truly cares about creating a positive living experience for everyone. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live. The remodel is fantastic, the amenities are great, and the new management team, led by Karen, is simply amazing."

"I have lived here over 8 years and I LOVE it here! Yes, there have been times when management wasn't available, but if I needed to discuss something with the manager I would just call the number listed on the office door and someone would contact me the same day without fail. It is mostly quiet here with the exception of summer breaks and people using the pool, which I live next to. The noise has not been an issue for me though. The rent has gone up over the years, which reflects the normal cost of living increases that happen to everyone. I think it is a great value for the location and size of my apartment! I plan on staying here for the foreseeable future. It is close to my doctors, grocery stores, and Park Place Mall. Our current manager Loretta is quick to resolve any issues I have regarding maintenance, and she's a great lady! And our main maintenance man is awesome!"

"I honestly can't stand this complex for a number of reasons. They raised rent prices with no warning, They turned off our heat and turned on the AC while it was still freezing outside, there's currently TWO out of the four dryers out of order, the pool that is suppose to be free to use during day light hours is pad locked, and on top of all of that I haven't seen our manager or a maintenance worker in weeks! Trash has blown out of the community trash can into the parking lot, once again our dryers aren't working, our pool is closed, there is no manager, cars sit parked with flat tires for months so I have to park as far away from my apartment as I possibly can and the roof fell out of the hallway into our walk way and I had to track down a maintenance worker because the manager wasn't there to ask about it. I haven't even lived here a full year and I've already had more issues with this place than you should have with an apartment complex. Everyone is breaking their lease because this complex has gone to hell after they removed Sherry as their manager. This new management lacks social skills and is not management material, they are rude and unhelpful for any situation. I suggest saving your money and finding a better place. Free utilities isn't worth it if they don't work."
