"The staff will be prompt. Courteous. Responsive. Helpful. Give you the feeling the whole experience will be equal. Then you SIGN THE LEASE. The honeymoon is over. The romance is dead. Calls go unanswered. Maintenance might respond to problems but most likely you would be better off if you can just take care of small things without saying anything. My friends AC broke and took over a month to correct. During summer. The portable they might loan you is worthless. One day late on rent costs 50$ no exceptions. Then 10 more each extra day. This even though the app you are forced to use could just glitch too bad to pay on time if you try. Your fault. The laundry room is half broken and all gross dirty expensive machines. Might just take your wash funds and not run at all. During the holidays my friend gift cards she always gets from her dad were stolen. Never received anything. Just gone. Electric outlets are too worn out to hold cords on 90% of them. Counters show evidence no cutting board was used A LOT. Rent is artificially low till your locked in as your told the crazy new price within just a few months. Landscapers use gas power leaf blowers under every window very early with no regard for work schedules. THE LARGE TREES AND COVERED PARKING are the ONLY positive things I can even tell you about them"
"I had a very nice phone call with Dawson earlier. He was super patient and helpful with providing me with the prices and making sure I really understood the whole renting process. He answered my questions before I had to ask. I was so nervous because I’m looking for my first apartment. He made me feel at home already. Hard worker! Completely would recommend!!"
"It's really a bad place to live. Bad part of tucson yes but my goodness. The apartments are gross. You become desensitized to roaches because they're EVERYWHERE. in my apartment in all the cabinets was the foam they seal things with to fight roaches and it made no difference. In 2 Years there they did 1 spray and it lasted for 2 weeks. Had 3 different apartment managers in my 2 years there and when I left the office was run by children who don't communicate with one another. I'm sure they're good people but not so much at running an apartment complex. In my last 2 months there people were leaving in droves. It is one of the only places you can have a pitbull which is how I found myself there in the first place. I put a repair in for my oven in March and it still didn't work in October when I left. Also if your lease is up you're still expected to pay for the apartment for 60 days. This place is really the worst and I highly recommend against it."
"I really don’t like leaving negative reviews but after living at the Sienna Ridge Apartments for about a year and a half it has not been the best experience. First, I wanna say that the maintenance crew is friendly and do their job to the best of their abilities and I’ve only had a good experiences with one of the office staff members which is the girl with short blonde hair, very polite and tries to help as much as she can. But, I have not dealt with a pleasant office manager, probably why there has been 3 different ones, since I’ve lived here. Here are the things you can expect while living here. The pools are usually closed and when they are open they’re not all that clean and kinda gross. Both summers I’ve lived here the pools have been open less then half of the summer. And if one is open it means the other is close. Next the two laundry rooms usually have multiple washers that are out of order. And at this moment one laundry room is completely closed with zero notice or explanation form the office so that leaves the entry complex with only 6 washers. That’s on top of the price to do a single load of laundry has gone up over a dollar in less than six months. Finally the dog park is super gross and is hardly ever cleaned. It always smells like urine and feces cause of tenets not picking up after their dogs and the maintenance crew refusing to clean it up. The dog park equipment is never clean and is caked in dirt and dog excrement. Also, you can find dog poop throughout the property. This has only gotten worse with the new office manager. I wouldn’t be so mad about this but these are amenities that we pay for monthly and should be maintained in better condition. Also, last summer there were monthly pool parties that were catered by a local bbq restaurant to show appreciation to the residents. That has only happened once this year at the beginning of the summer and it wasn’t catered so they ran out of food within thirty minutes. If you are looking to rent I suggest looking elsewhere."
"Worst experience of my life, horrible bug infestation. Worse than anything I've ever seen. They come from the ceiling, and the floors, they land on the bed while you sleep, they come out of the toilets and crawl on you. Moved me into an upstairs unit because they "forgot" about my handicap. Then won't put me downstairs because I can't afford the "upgrade". I passed the background check to move in here. But when I applied to move Into another apartment so I can go downstairs, I didn't pass the other apartments' background check. They told sienna ridge they couldn't house me there because of my felony from over 10 years ago. Sienna ridge is now asking me to leave because i failed a background check to another apartment. They mark work orders as "completed" even though they didn't do anything. Jenney, the main manager, is lazy, lies, and does not care that I have a handicap and a 1 1/2 year old baby. She kept me and my daughter in an upstairs apartment, that she admitted was never cleaned by the cleaning lady. The bug infestation remained terrible. I asked for pest control every week. They were sent to my unit only once a month or so. for almost a year, I've been putting in work orders for damage that was already here when I moved in. And either they ignore my work order requests, or they mark them as complete, even thought they were never even looked at. Playground is always disgusting. People let their sick dogs leave droppings in the wood chips. There is always broken glass in the play area. One of the neighbors found a used syringe on the slide. The children and even adults will litter their chicken bones etc all over the playground. I wouldn't recommend this place to someone I don't like, let alone a loved one. Police chasing people at all hours of the night here, cars get broke into and stolen and when I first moved in, there were gone shots coming from the parking lot multiple times in one month! Definitely glad to be leaving this place. 1 star is too much, wish I could put no stars."
