"I wish I could give negative stars. We seriously can get out of here fast enough! We had our entire trailer stolen with so many belongings including lots and lots of sentimental items that are irreplaceable. We are paying 90.00 a month for internet we don’t have, talk about a “landlord special” complex. We are lucky we don’t have cockroaches in our apartment so many others do! The kids here are absolutely horrible they destroy anything they can, we were going to the gym until there were kids no older than 10 coming in and out the entire time we are in there. They go in the bathrooms as a group it’s weird. Don’t expect any sort of response to issues and definitely don’t expect anything to be done right. There’s dog poop everywhere and when the sprinklers turn on or it rains it stinks so bad like wet dog poop. Oh and they will tell you it’s a gated community and have it on their website and when you come in and tour and ask about it they will say they are in the process of getting them fixed. They aren’t and they don’t do anything about the amount of people who have no business being in the complex. If you get anything out of this review or any others. DONT MOVE HERE!!!! Please please please let this be your last place or not even on the list. It’s horrible management is horrible!"

"So glad we got out of there. There is a reason we call this place RiverDUMP. Seeing the negative reports on the news just reinforced our decision. Scotia Group is an extremely bad management company. They will NOT respond to anything. The on site property manager is even worse. They refuse to communicate, refuse to fix anything because it means money they can't keep in their pocket. It is not a safe community. We live in a complex listed for Section 8 and it is much much safer and cleaner. Maintenance cares, management cares, corporate cares."

"This property was perfect! With new management, clean courtyards, awesome amenities, and really nice staff, it was great to be approved here! Mindy was amazing at getting me the unit I wanted in the time I wanted it. She was friendly, informative, and honest. Riverwalk is right next to trails, shops, stores, and food so I love the convenience. I am so happy to be here! Thank you Mindy!"

"Wish I could give half a star. Where to begin? Oh I know, how about when we moved in they told us one price and then at signing of the contract it was suddenly a different price (like 150 dollars more expensive.) The microwave door handle was glued together with silicone, there was mold in the bathtub, not all windows had their screens needed to keep bugs out, the dishwasher leaks occasionally, and then the real kicker...we were told that the AC unit was...BRAND NEW...when we moved in and within one month it broke down, then began the 3 month battle of trying to get it fixed in the Arizona heat. Our apartment reached temps of 95 degrees inside, yet we were still expected to pay full price on rent. These are luxury prices for motel levels of housing and maintenance is actually just nonexistent and unprofessional. They will say a problem is "fixed" and when it isn't you have to call the front office again with the same problem, being told that they would be back out that same day with some sort of solution. ONLY to find out that they have actually left for the day and will not return until the next day. Front office will then tell you that they will tell the manager, yet still nothing happens and you have to sleep in a hot apartment with all your windows open and hope to what ever god you pray to that bugs or anything don't get in. This place is a joke. Do not waste your money. Do not waste your time."
