The Place at Presidio Trails

"I lived at this complex for almost 2 years. It is dog friendly, but has only 2 dog poop cans throughout the entire complex. (See photo). Many residents don’t bother to pick up their dog poop. So a beautiful property is almost always ruined by piles of poop everywhere. When I asked who picks this up, the manager told me she and the leasing managers have that responsibility. Depending on how busy they are, or if it’s a holiday weekend, it may take several days before all the droppings are cleaned up. This definitely takes away from the ambiance of living in a nice place."

"Apartment are sound proof, rarely hear other tenants. Concierge garbage pick up 5 nights a week is great. Maintenance requests handled same day and even after hours or on weekends. Management staff is terrific. Best living scenario ever!"

"Been here in the Q1 with Den and beautiful view of the east side of the Catalina mountains for over a year, and I love it. The area is great, although the parking lot is pretty cramped, but not a big deal. No homeless digging through dumpsters in this beautiful area of Old Spanish Trl/Gollob, and the desert beauty is abundant this close to the east side of Tucson. Maintenance is always quick, and I have only had minor things that needed fixing and they're always on top of it. Staff is friendly and the clubhouse is very nice. Pool area is smaller and more shallow than my former low income apartment complex, but much cleaner! I love the 3 water spouts that glow at night. It's a soothing sound when I'm there reading my book. The fitness room is definitely nicer, and the grill area is large and awesome. This was a big move for me coming from low income area to a much bigger place, and I am so glad I found this place. There are newer places now in Tucson with state of the art appliances and full size gyms and what not, but they are also charging up to $2000 for a one bedroom. YUCK! The Place at Presidio Trails is right at the sweet spot I think with value for the unit size/location. I highly recommend The Place at Presidio Trails right now. Walking around this area and seeing all the lush desert life and estates here has been such a joy. It is also MUCH quieter out here on Old Spanish Trail versus living along the main streets listening to 6 lanes of traffic all day long!"

"This complex is so comfortable and very well maintained. If I were to move to Tucson, this is where I would want to live. It's location is in a not so crowded area with shopping, medical services and schools minutes away.."
