"Dominique in front office is so rude and dismissive I called didn't let me finish talking try to cut me off and hang up on me and ask for manager and she was so so rude avoid at all cost dealing with her super unprofessional. KC and Ashley are super nice there. Besides that everything is great"
"I really loved the apartments, especially the ones that have been upgraded. However, there was a particular tenant, who was a huge factor and distraction in our tour that left a sour taste. By all means it was not the property fault, but it just happened to take place during our tour. The tenant had some racial slurs or prejudices. When I asked about it, the office did say that he had already been evicted hence why he was so upset and I understand that there’s not much else they can do."
"Marketed as luxury apartments, they might have been luxurious in the 70s. Their negligence caused an electrical fire in my unit. They didn’t provide me any place to stay, rushed me into an animal urine soaked unit they claimed was cleaned and renovated that was a downgrade in every way. Old appliances, old wiring, old people watching your every move from their windows while they work from home, hostile front office, horrible management, zero accountability. Landscaping is nice but that just means you will be woken up my a lawnmower or tree trimmer 5 days a week. It’s clear outward appearances are all this place is about but it is rotten from the inside."
"This place is huge and it's beautiful. It has beautiful apartments for either a single person or for a family. It has two swimming pools and a sports area and dog park for your little cuties to go and run around! Go and visit if you're looking for a place to live and it's near restaurants and places to shop."
"*Update: the water bill this month is now $90!!! For a one bedroom apartment. Is this even legal? Why are all the other tenants not revolting? Someone call a lawyer! And they close the entire pool and fitness area, get this, because the Jacuzzi light is out. it’s so ridiculous, it’s laughable! The little light inside the jacuzzi underwater is out, but the rest of the area around the jacuzzi is so brightly lit you could easily read a book, perform neurosurgery, and certainly NOT fall in the jacuzzi that has several bright orange cones around it! These cones have been around the jacuzzi for several months now, since that light hasn’t worked for a while, among several other things! They don’t want to spend any money fixing things, but they want to rob you unjustly with all these extra charges! Such poor management! Are they TRYING to piss people off to get them to move out? Sure seems like it!! SHAME ON THEM! Absolutely infuriating! Why is the water bill so high? Is it because you want to charge your tenants for the irrigation leaks that you don’t fix? Or a broken well pump? UNETHICAL! This used to be a great place to live, but now I’d stay away. Sketchy management and corporation, adding extra hidden monthly $40 “tech” charges to tenants who don’t even have internet let alone use these “tech” things (like a “smart” thermostat and “smart” lock they installed without consent) . People never agreed to this, as it was not in the original lease. They are charging tenants a much higher monthly water bill because there are irrigation leaks all over they won’t fix. Recently they’ve been charging $60 a month for water for a one bedroom apartment with only one person. Highway robbery. The pool area needs updating, the jacuzzi has been closed for months with orange cones around it. The old AC runs all day and can’t get it cooler than 85 degrees. They just want your money and don’t care about you. They raise the rent as much as they can every year, yet they make no improvements around the place. I don’t recommend this place to anyone."
