Not only is the location convenient but the price is unbeatable. I love the real hardwood floors in my apartment and the management is always so helpful and responsive."

"My girlfriend and I lived here during grad school. The location was amazing - you can walk to a grocery store (the food co-op), Time Market (amazing pizza and drinks), and the University! The apartments are all updated, the facilities are clean and maintained regularly, and the tenants are friendly and quiet. The management company, Bright Properties, and their team were always quick to respond when we had questions. They always had our back if we had any concerns, or we needed any help. I miss living there!"

"Quite a decent apartment complex. The tenants are nice and quiet, the amenities are in good shape. Prices are reasonable. The location can be good or bad depending on what are you looking for. It's 15 min walking distance from U of A campus and it's also close to the downtown area, so sometimes at night you can hear some noisy people hanging around, but nothing that can prevent you from falling asleep. Also, when the street fair time comes, you may expect some people taking your parking spot, but lately the management was doing great job at towing them away. It's pet friendly, there is a pool and a laundry room. The management is great, they are super nice and very responsive. So far they fixed anything me and my roommates reported broken on the next day. The last thing I wanted to mention is that the wifi is included in the rent, but it's not a very good one, so you might consider buying your own service."
