"We lived here for a few months. Roaches, nonstop plumbing issues (water being turned off for hours), service requests never answered and when asked for a larger apartment like it's advertised, they didn't exist unless you worked there and lived there. High price rent for low quality living. It's good for those that are transitioning from one place to another. I would not make it my permanent residence. Also never got my deposit back. I doubt it went to fixing an already messed up apartment."

"Where do I start y’all let anyone in no background saying the person living next to me could be a rapper a murdder kidnapper or in my case a drug dealer I’ve talked to the manager but hey she needs to fill theses units"

"The management company has a major issue in the fact that there is no one to contact when you have an issue with your room. There is no renovation going on even though they advertise that they are renovating the place. Overall if I had to write the company it would be a d a total disappointment. I've lived here for a month and a half pointed out all the issues when I moved in and not one thing has been corrected or done about it. They asked for a list I gave him a list they must have a stack of lists in the back though cuz they haven't done anything about the towel rack falling down the bubble in the ceiling carpet feeling like it has bugs inside of it nothing management is poor here. The staff is great but the manager doesn't allow anything to get done. I feel the only thing that gets done is what accommodates her life since she lives here on the property in one of the biggest units and it's probably rent free. That's why I've called corporate see how they feel about the subject."

"I read the nasty reviews and came in skeptical in an emergency situation. The move in process? Smoother than butter. Amazing ac. They staff? Some of the sweetest people I've met in tucson. You get what you pay for. And for this price, it's a steal. Been here for a little over a month. "James Dill and Dawnna Grimm" everything has been smooth. Had some crazy neighbors but that was sorted out smoothly as well. Don't trust the low reviews, the staff is amazing. I mean they make meals for people that can't afford it and hand out plates. I thank this place for saving my family"

"Pro: The girl who I talked to had an amazing personality! She was so relatable and honestly if it wasn’t for the issues I had I’d stay there. I got a brand new mattress and when I sat on it, it was super comfy! Unfortunately wasn’t able to sleep in it. Cons- roaches, nasty carpet that reeks with cigarette smoke, needs updating bad! Sad part is the girl told me they just shampooed the carpet! From The floors, carpets, doors, walls, stove and dressers and even the socket is a safety hazard! Be cautious they will not refund you if you can’t stay due to health issues being worsened by their hotel! And the front desk girl Dena doesn’t have any manners! She is very rude!"
