Cottages at Tucson

"Been living here for a couple of months now and the apartment is beautiful. They have wonderful amenities available like the pool and gym. And for the most part, the pool area is always clean. The room in the apartment is really spacious and I have not had lmalot of issues with maintenance so far. However, they need to step up just a bit more on security though."

"Great place to live! Maintenance team is great. They are always quick and efficient upon request. Staff at the front office are always friendly and helpful. The shuttle is very convenient as well as many other great amenities being offered here!"

"Living here has honestly been a dream. The bedrooms and closets are huge, there's a beautiful, large kitchen, and the cottage-style living situation ensures that you have plenty of privacy even with roommates. Lots of natural light everywhere. Management is very responsive. The university shuttle is very, very useful. The grounds itself are sprawling, and the pool is simply gorgeous. Rent may seem pricey here, but you do get the bang for your buck. My two negatives would be that utility costs seem to be on the higher side, probably due to the multiple floors. There's also been a couple of theft attempts since I've been here but management was very prompt in dealing with them. I also lost two packages which was upsetting. Every apartment has pros and cons but the pros far outweigh the cons at The Cottages. Highly recommend."

"They keep pretty good care of the place and have helpful people. When I moved in the place was filthy. The pool is not heated and there is no hot tub so it is unusable most of the time. Pool closes a little too early for a college complex (10pm). Overall they do a great job of up keep."

"Such a great place to live! Management is great and they are so nice. The community around here is amazing as well. Everyone is always super kind! The apartments are really nice and well maintained by maintenance. The pool is lovely to sit by and relax, and the clubhouse has some great, quiet studying areas."
