"I originally left a good review for this company. But after going through the application and approval process with them I’m unfortunately giving them a one star review. We were pretty much lied to our face about getting approved and will have a lease agreement in two days to your denied for a “felony” when I don’t have any felony under my name at all whatsoever… I have a misdemeanor but that’s completely different from a felony. So somebody messed up really bad when submitting my stuff because I have every single court record from the day I was born from traffic tickets and up so being Lied to and told I have a felony just put a really bad look on this company completely it’s sad because I was happy and ready to move in. Gave them half my move in cost already and was told I was denied when told I was approved like common stop lying to customers faces… it looks worse and worse."

"Not only is the complex and our unit beautiful, but the management staff are amazing and helpful as well! Nick, Brandon and Andie have been very attentive and responsive in making our experience here as great as possible. Special shoutout to Brandon for going the extra mile to ensure we got our keys and could move in after a long 12 hour drive. I highly recommend Brioso if you are looking for a new home."

"These apartments are really great, especially compared to some other options around town. The manager Nick was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions when I came for my tour. I'm looking forward to moving in when my current lease is up. The floor plans are big with a lot of square footage and the location is really convenient."
