"Living at 255 North was a great experience. The complex was always clean and quiet, and the apartments were some of the nicest I've seen in Tucson. The ladies in the office were wonderful; Adriana and especially Melissa, always there to help and did everything she could to accommodate whatever I needed. The maintenance team was also amazing, Steven and Sergio were always around and any issues were fixed very quickly. After a decade of apartment living and traveling around the country, this is the only place I planned on renewing my lease."

"This was the second place I toured when I searched for an apartment almost an year ago and I don't regret making a quick decision to move in here! The main office staff, Adriana and Melissa are the most friendly and helpful administrative staff I've ever interacted with and they constantly come up with the new ideas making residents feel welcomed and appreciated. The maintenance staff led by Steve including the gardener always keeps the property clean and organized. It is close to all the great restaurants and events happening in downtown and very quite and safe. I hope this review would help you make a decision!"

"We’ve lived here for almost a year, and we LOVE it! We signed our lease sight unseen, we got so lucky here at 255 North. Melissa and Adriana are super helpful and always willing to help with anything that’s needed. The maintenance crew responds quickly to requests, and they keep the pool and grounds looking clean and absolutely beautiful year round. We just renewed our lease for another year, we cannot imagine calling anywhere else home. You do pay downtown rent prices, but the location and the amenities make it worth it. "This place is amazing!!! How all the staff are kind , and sweet. This place feels like home, and everyone there are my second family.I’ve loved the stay there it’s an amazing experience and the prices were amazing. The pool area was always clean and the out door sitting area with the gills are a vibe honestly. Even the gym is well organized and clean. Especially the manger Adriana she’s amazing she’s so kind sweet and always helpful."

"I have been living here for a year now. The staffs are phenomenal! They are always friendly and answer to all your questions immediately! They also have giveaways regularly on holidays or some special days, keep eyes on Instagram or email. Enjoyed it! The maintenance alway response very quickly and solve your problem right away, even it is Friday night! Once my dishwasher doesn't work on Friday night, then I called the maintenance, the maintenance staff came over in less than an hour! (I'm so sorry I forgot his name, but I really appreciate it!) The pool area is relaxing and the newly renovated fitness center is great! I enjoyed everyday living here. Thanks Adriana, Sharon and everyone!"
