"SUPER BAD management really bad! I don't know what's going on in this apartments but I've been here over a year and they have changed management more than 4 times and every times it gets worst and with a bad attitude! It's infested with ROACHES !! I've waited 3 weeks to get my air fixed when we were in the hottest ! My fridge 2 week so they could change it ! HORRIBLE ! Try other places please !"

"Bad management been calling for 3 days to get the garbage disposal fixed and they say they will come but they never do, also when they clean in the mornings they sometimes leave the trash in a corner or on the sides."

"All caps do not give these people money for a deposit until you are approved I gave them $200 and was not approved I was told I would get my money back within 7 to 10 days I gave them the address where I live November 20th and it's February 1st and I have not seen it I called I've emailed I've left messages nothing no responses and short of just going over there physically and having a sit in what else can I do? Shady. I had met with Cinthya , she was nice though looking back it seems like she knew that I wasn't going to get my deposit back she never did offer me a receipt but I had my own from the money order so I didn't think that much of it. I will never do that again. They used to answer the phone. Now they screen all incoming calls. They have a business office downtown, according to another bad review. I will probably go there as well I have a couple day next week I'm going to dedicate to just showing up places and speaking to the humans. Politely calmly. It just should not have to get to this place. I will be traveling with my Deputy brother in-law. Should be successful maybe weird. Hopefully more the prior. Peace"

"A couple weeks after move out the office called to say we had not turned in our keys. Luckily my husband had asked for a receipt, he was told they do not give proof of handing in keys but they scanned the keys and signed the paper so we were able to prove we had returned the keys. Few weeks later we received two different notifications stating we would not receive our $500 deposit back. First notification said $500 for unpaid rent, second notification said $500 for damages to the apartment. Both were untrue. It took over 2 months of constant calls and emails and even having to go into the office to finally be told to go to their downtown Tucson office to receive my full $500 reward. ****I would advise not to move here, and if you already live here, take pictures on move out day, make sure to get a receipt when turning in your keys and ensure the receipt from the cleaning professional company (which is a requirement) says PAID and no longer states Invoice anywhere on it.**** They also gave me a hard time since it said Invoice at the top but had also been marked as Paid."

"The property management is horrible. They are all family and or friends. They can be very rude if you don't speak Spanish or if you've gotten on their bad side. The property itself is not so bad the apartments are spacious and the remodeled units are worth the price outside of the fact they removed the dishwashers. Oh and be prepared to have a monthly visit from the Argon pest control as some of the buildings are infested with roaches."
