"This is a very good place no pest and quiet but it is the crazy part of town so it's commen sense to lock up your belongings. Zero issues living here and would love to stay another year!"

"Not a terrible place to live, it's in the craziest part of town, but it just got bought by new owners and they are trying to make the complex better. I really didn't have any problems living here."

"Terrible, unsafe, and dirty apartments. Management and office do not care about their tenants or making their apartments better. These apartments are a huge safety concern. People are walking in and out because there's no gate. Items were stolen off my enclosed patio. The night time security guard is rarely there, lounging in the pool area, or only walking around the office building. Apartments are also infested with pests and the complex is constantly dirty with trash or dog poop."

"Overall I am happy with the complex and the staff. The walls are a bit thin, as I can hear my neighbors play music (and sometimes when they snore!). My main issue is the laundry rooms hours not being a set thing. I've stopped using the on-site laundry facilities in favor of going to University Laundry down the road. Otherwise the staff is always helpful and responsive. In the year that I've been here, I've had to deal with maybe 5 little roaches, and when I noticed an ant problem, they were quick to send out pest control to resolve the concern. Other than that, I'm happy in my little studio. They didn't raise the rent either, which I am so thankful for. Thanks for all the work you do, Metro on First :)"
