Refuse to provide information on corporate office out of LA . All around would NEVER recommend. Health Department has been out multiple times for infestations Rats, Roaches, and crackheads ! They will make you pay a holding fee for an apartment but won’t show you the apartment before hand, which is VERY illegal, and they will take your application fee and never process your application. Instead, they will make you run circles and give you every excuse in the book to why they haven’t processed it. And even if they don’t process your application, they won’t refund you the money that you gave for them to process it. These are the most scummiest managers I have EVER been in contact with. No wonder they have a 2 star rating."

I was scared to leave my apartment alone because I thought they were going to rob me. And the windows are made out of plastic the cold air goes right threw them. "We moved in 11/2018 and they have switched managers 3x since then and now the Mi Casitas residents have to go next door to Villa Sorento for the manager, rent punts, etc. . They have a horrible infestation of MICE and BUGS and all they say is that they're sorry and that its because " THEY'RE IN BETWEEN PEST COMPANIES" to be exact . I've had to push and push to get a new door because it was missing about 2 inches from the top and 1inch all around the rest. Also it had no weather stripping. It took about 2 months for that to happen. Next thing is the mice. They are running all over the place no matter how many sticky traps I put down or bait. They are running thru the walls and freely over my apt. With children 7, 15mos, and a newborn this place is disgusting!!! I'm moving asap just working with the manager to get all my money back."

"Infested with roaches and mice, management didn’t do anything but offer sticky traps the whole year I was there. New people bought it so new management and it’s just the same incompetent slum lords. They’re trying to make the outside look better but do not fall for it. The windows are super thin and you can hear everything. These are disgusting and there’s constantly homesless people and drug addicts hanging around. I wouldn’t live here again if you paid me. Absolutely disgusting scam artists. They do not abide by leases either. We were told we would get our last month free and now they’re trying to send us to collections for not paying after they told us we didn’t have to !"
