"Don't ever go live there, the girls on the desk don't care about anything you have issues with in the apartments and will not help you at all, the laundyrooms are never a pleasure to go to because at least one of the two things (washer or dryer) will not work and you will be wasting more money than you should, they will brush it off if you say something about the machines and tell you to report them at a number, they will not do anything also. Moving as soon as I can. Terrible"
"Current resident, this is a throwaway account. PROS: Elaine and Andrea are wonderful people and very professional and always glad to see me (although I don't go to the office except to complain about something) and I am glad they work here. On-site management and maintenance staff is very nice, helpful and responsive. Bi-annual apartment inspections are welcome. They always bring spare light bulbs and filters. I cannot be happier with the management team. I have to stress this is a huge plus, that we have such an amazing staff on hand. CONS:Security company is completely unresponsive. We have contacted security more than a dozen times for noise complaints and other issues and absolutely no response. Lights around the entire property (pole lights, building lights) for safety and security are non-functional which make most of the areas on the property dangerous to walk in at night. There are more dark spots around the property than there are lit areas. When I signed the lease, the staff told me that the owners said that they were going to repair the gates on the property. This has not been done. When I inquired about this recently I was told the cost was too high to fix the security gates. Yet everyone's rent went up by about 10 percent or more until enough people complained that they raised the rent slightly lower than 10 percent. Again, the management staff is fantastic. But things that I entrusted to the owners of this property when I signed (and renewed) my lease, namely the safety and security of my family and neighbors, is failing to be addressed. If it weren't for the awesome staff here I would not have renewed my lease."
"Great experience, apartment was very clean, new paint and carpet when I moved in. Management is awesome, always willing to work with you. My AC unit was leaking water, I put a work order in and it was taken care of right away. I felt very confident that if I had any issues it would be taken care of."
