Seasons Apartments

"This is my first year living at The Seasons and i have absolutely loved it. The price compared to all other student housing options are so good, and you get so many amenities. The staff and people that love there are super welcoming and helpful, they usually put on an event once a month for all the residents and make it a fun place to live. The apartment itself is super clean and every bedroom has their own bathroom which is super nice. I haven’t had to make many maintence requests but the one i did make they came by the end of the day and were super quick."

"I’ve been living at The Seasons for 2 years now. I love it here! I utilize the shuttle they have from Monday to Friday. Which helps save me gas and parking fees at the UofA. The apartment is surrounded by different stores and restaurants which is convenient. Also the mall is not too far. As for the apartment I love when they host different events at the clubhouse gives a sense of community and great way to meet other people. I was matched with great roommates both years here. I lived in a 4x4 now a 5x5 which I love because it’s so spacious. A walk in closet for all my clothes. I have a wonderful view of the mountains. If any student is looking for a nice apartment to stay The Seasons is a beautiful and comfortable place be."

"I have been living at this apartment for 3 years now and have loved every minute of it. I love having a gym so close on hand that I don’t have to pay a membership for. It never really gets too busy and it has everything I need to get in a good workout whether it’s a quick 30 min or a long one. The trail being right next to us is a really nice convenience if you want to go running outside"

"This is my 3rd year living here and I have loved every second of it. The gym is nice and with the extended hours I can now go and use it. The shuttle is also great for those who don’t drive, like me, and need to go to campus and back for school. I would totally recommend living here. And as a plus there are great views here."

"As a parent, I was very pleased with the Seasons. Kyle and Gabriel were very prompt, communicative, and professional when working with us and our Son. The grounds are very clean and well kept. Plenty of amenities, resort style pool, fully furnished, bus shuttle service to and from the campus, cafe/eatery on the property, Starbucks close to the entry. The Seasons have a layout of affordable options, and they paired my Son with a great group of roommates. If you're considering living here while attending the UoA, you're making a wonderful choice."
