"As a resident who's lived here for a few years, let me just lay out the facts. Justin Ryder has single handedly turned this place around. The previous management company was inattentive and neglectful when it came to just about anything. But not now. Since Justin's arrival under the new ownership, the place has absolutely done a 180. He is hard working, professional, friendly, and sincere to find a quick solution whenever you have an issue. He works over time constantly and updates you in whatever preferred method with extremely responsive updates. I've seen him working hours past the office close time just to go the extra mile for a tenant. Don't hesitate to live here if you enjoy a busy lifestyle and genuine management that is on your side. Now let's address the elephant... The person who left the nasty review, "Mikey", is my neighbor. The truth is they were embarrassed they had mold in their apartment after a month of moving and tried to blame management. Due to the person's hygeine, or lack of, and extremely toxic personality, it's safe to say they are projecting their uncleanliness onto poor Justin simply because they feel like they can bully him. Some people just take advantage of other's kindness and refuse to take responsibility. Sad world but that's the truth. Anyways, just go meet Justin and judge for yourself. It's a fantastic location with an even better manager. Have a great day! :)"

"I have lived in this building over a year with two different property managers, and he lived in three different units. The location is wonderful, but that is about it. There Constant problems with the buildings, water, pressure, heating and air-conditioning, Laundry, building access. The amount of gaslighting and disrespect that president experience is not limited to a few of us. We have all gathered and spoken about our grievances and how horrible we are treated in our own homes. The manager runs the building like he lives there and he has say in what goes. There is mold constantly everywhere And when reported it is just painted over. I had cancer last year and the fact that they just painted over the mold that could’ve put me in the hospital is absurd to me. The constant filth that the building is, it smalls like feces in the halls, elevators, and stairwells. I can’t wait to move out and only stayed here because it’s convenient to where I need to get to. The pricing for what is provided is stupid!"

"I have not had a chance to live here yet unfortunately so this review is solely regarding the experience I have had with the leasing office. My significant other and I were in the process of applying and paid all application fees before plans fell through and we could not yet move due to our situation but the entire time we interacted with Justin here at the leasing office, it was never anything but pleasant. He was informative and attentive. It does seem it gets busy there so you may need to leave a message on their website or voicemail but he has always gotten back to me. My other half and I would seriously consider applying again once our situation has resolved itself. Thank you, Justin!"

"Having lived in 8 different rentals all around Tucson, this place easily my favorite. Justin is the best property manager I've ever had. The maintenance crew goes above and beyond- I had some work done in my kitchen, and when I got back, my sink cabinet was organized to perfection and way better than I left it. Super dog friendly with treats in the lobby and doggy bags outside— my dog loves it here even more than I do. They even make an effort to know your dogs name. The weekends can get loud outside, but that's part of being smack dab in downtown. When you want to be a part of the scene on the weekends, its super convenient, and if you don't, this place feels safe and it doesn't get rowdy inside the building. If you want to be in the middle of the action, this place is awesome."
