"Horrible. Pest control enters your house once a month you have to move everything away from the walls. And strangers constantly in your house for something that doesn't even help. Everything about this place sucks. I see people move in and it sucks cuz I know it's too late for them too. Hopefully someone with a sole takes charge of this place. This is where human beings live when they aren't working to survive these price increases. You'd think another human being would actually want to help you. I hope nobody moves in here they turn it into a dutchbros."
"Ezra was wonderful - he answered all of our questions in an honest and enthusiastic manner and seemed to love the community. The grounds were clean and they have nice floor plans. If we move to Tucson, this will be our home because of his help!"
"I’ve been here going on my 3rd or 4th year I believe and in the beginning it was rough but now that we have a great property manager and the maintenance guys fix everything and they fix it in a very timely matter for example my ac was having issues within the next work order time it was fixed and fixed the right way. The property Manager Rebecca is great once you tell her your concerns or issues with things that need to be fixed and or replaced she makes sure it’s done and done correctly. The property is now well managed and clean the buildings have been painted and it’s being run the right way. Thank you to her and the maintenance team it’s all positive things here it’s a nice and quiet place here haven’t had or seen any issues since being here."
