"Honestly the new owners are whatever, lately the water has been turned off more than 3-4ish times and they send late notices right before they turn it off it’s so annoying there isn’t any work being done for it to be turned off its ridiculous don’t live here if you want the water to be turned off weekly :)"

"Just wanted to state that as a previous resident I went through difficulties with neighbors. Regardless of my personal experience, the new management of these apartments are great at there job!! Super helpful when I needed help and resolved issues as soon a possible. Moving forward I feel like future residents will be really satisfied with their experience here; they truly got better management!."

"I moved it and the cabinet were chipping, falling off and wouldn’t close. I had no hot water for almost a week, when it was time to use the heater it blew cold air for over a week. 3 months later I still have parts from the heater off, maintenance said they would come back to put it together and never did. My toilet broke multiple times it always took them days to call back or come out, at move in they said they were coming in to switch something with the bath tub handle…. 3 months later it’s still not done. Towel rack broke, they never came to fix it, my stove broke and I went over a week of no call back or anyone coming to look at it! These apartments have been terrible since the day of move in!!!!"

"Apartment was nice for a decent price, but the office staff were horrible they never answer the phone and take a way longer lunch then needed. Manager as well as the other staff were very rude and made you feel like a bother going in and asking a question. The pool was hardly ever opened and when it was it was disgusting and dirty, as well as the gym that was being “remolded” for months would not recommend for anyone."

"It’s an apartment complex. There are going to be good and bad residents at any complex, and this is no exception. I lived here for over 3 years, so I have enough experience to give the full story. The office staff is really great. Maintenance issues are typically taken care of quickly. The grounds are kept tidy, and there are even pet waste disposal stations around the property. It’s near shopping, schools, and the freeway, so it’s convenient. The biggest issue I have had is the gates are always breaking and people are always entering through the exit gates because of it. My stairwell always smelled like weed, but that seems to be everywhere now. Parking can be a nightmare, and there are NO covered parking options. Have not had any problems with my car or apartment being broken into or anything like that. The complex is mostly pretty quiet. Overall, it is a good complex and an enjoyable place to live."
