"Not a good place to live, corporate management will nickel and dime you for everything and raise the rent constantly. The apartments are old, dingy, and full of bugs. My apartment had bug problems for months. When I moved out, they somehow charged me for pest control even though I reported the bug problem multiple times. Go elsewhere if you can."

"SCAM. My now wife lived there for 1 year before she moved with me, I was there when she moved out and we made sure the final payment was made and the apartment was in good condition when we handed the keys and a couple of months later she has a collection account for $1500! They keep ignoring our calls or messages and we never got a notice or a reason why. We’ll have to get a lawyer soon. Update: management finally responded and they cited a couple of nail holes and scratches on the floor. Apparently that’s enough to charge $1500. They didn’t even tried to call or anything they just charged $1500, sold it to collections and hoped we never went after them."

"I recently moved into a 1 bedroom 1bathroom apartment here at Zona village and it’s been a great experience so far. I had placed a work order on some thing that’s just needed a little help and they got everything done by the following monday (my request was sent on thursday) very pleased and happy for the work done on my apartment!"

"Lived there from November 2020 to October 2021. Things started great when Rafael got us set up with our apartment on the second floor. We had a few noise complaints- no problem, Rafael took care of it. Months later, we started seeing cockroaches. Turns out Rafael didn’t work there anymore and apparently nobody helpful did either. Us and our neighbors were seeing tons of cockroaches everyday and when it was brought to managements attention, they took months to barely get a grasp on the problem. I mean total infestation, even crawling on my husband. Then we started having water leaks that ruined a ton of our stuff. Had to clear out our closet and keep a bowl there to catch water for weeks. There was mold building up and they tried denying it several times, even when my typically very healthy husband ended up having to get an inhaler and having health issues(that conveniently cleared up shortly after we moved out). They sent maintenance (great hardworking gentlemen) but the real problem is management. We ended up moving out a month early and paying for the last month without even living there (and even though they told us we would have a discounted rate for our issues). I’m not one to leave a good or bad review, but this place traumatized me. I was embarrassed of my home! If you see one bug in here, it’s already too late. Management will not help you."
