"We recently moved into Siena Villas and we couldn’t thank April enough for making the entire process super easy. From taking our first tour, to signing our lease, and moving in. We’ve had minor details that we’ve brought up to April and within 24 hours, Tony was there to fix it. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming. The apartment itself is spacious, open, and has so many windows with great views. We love living here!"

"I really Loved Cassandra During the pandemic she made me feel safe and cared for even though minor things couldn’t be repaired right away whenever it was an emergency Steven took care of the work order immediately and efficiently. I probably would have been convinced by Cassandra to renew but since she no longer is here at this site but still with Scotia I felt the need to move and make a change. Also economically it was better than the cost to renew. I feel if you sign a lease with a property manager it’s easier to renew when you know them and they know your File. The apartments are spacious and the neighbors in building 6 are like a family they look after one another. There was a few blemishes and imperfections that were there when I moved in which literally was in the middle of a pandemic. That Cassandra was willing to have done but I declined to do it while renting and just documented and took photos of and sent her an email. In any apartment you should always document and take pictures and communicate by email with your property manager.Never delete your emails they have time and date stamps. I will update my review upon move out if needed. (In April) I really enjoyed this community and always felt super safe here! Thank you!"

"Location is great, a lot of nice places near by , I felt very safe in this area. The apartment was clean, and all the staff in the office were professional- especially the tall guy-I forgot his name but he was very charming and well spoken!"

"Erik is amazingly efficient and thoughtful as an office manager. Everything is orderly, clean, and its quiet here. Allysa is also very friendly and helpful. I would most definately recommend living here if you want upscale living at a reasonable price."
