"11/18/23. This is the 2nd time our apartment was almost broken in to. A man was trying to get in through my window for an hour before I had to call the police AGAIN. This is not a safe area. Do yourself a favor and live anywhere else."

"Maintenance is terrible! The side of town that is on is great for blind individuals is the manager also likes to assume that anybody with a disability is mentally challenge. I find it really disrespectful, and that’s why I give these apartments a one star if I could I would give it zero stars."

"I’m about to move out and I’m trying another complex. Worst maintenance experience ever. Manager does not like to help. Especially take safety as a consideration for the disabled. Yes the location is great for the blind community but is it really worth it? I don’t think so. Mind you, I only been here 3 months. I moved in with a roommate and my partner. Plus there’s hardly any hot water. Seems like they don’t upkeep the apartments. Also not just the apartments themselves but the laundry room needs some work. Some dryer are my money, and a washer did not work properly. The biggest problem my partner and I faced was in December. My roommate had just left 2 days before this incident happened for the holidays. I’d like to point out that it BARELY got fixed. I lived at the bottom floor. I walked into the bathroom one day and noticed that there was a HUGE hole in our ceiling. Water was leaking everywhere. We told the office about it. When we went, it seemed the manager did not believe our issue. The manager said they would send maintenance to come and look at it. A day later maintenance came to look at the ceiling. They literally said “That’s a big hole” ripped the access dry wall that was hanging from the ceiling, said thank you and left. Late that day I come to find out from almost hurting myself from the sharp ends of the dry wall that maintenance just left it on the side of the tub. (Mind you, I did not see it beforehand because I’m visually impaired. For later reference my partner is completely blind.) 2 weeks later when my roommate came back she told the apartments again. Maintenance came once again to just look at it and then leave. They did this twice until the third time someone finally gave us a valid answer. What had happened was there was a crack in the upstairs bathroom. They said they could not do anything until they fix it. That took another 2 weeks. They said that they fixed the bathroom upstairs so they would come to our apartment to fix ours. The next week. Not even 24 hours later guess what happened? Our ceiling was leaking again. When we called the manager to tell them the manager had the audacity to say “We did our job.”. They ended up replacing the tub upstairs but sadly there’s still a hole in our ceiling. It’s not as big as it was but there’s still a hole. Glad I’m leaving these apartments. I hope the next one has better service then this."

"This is a horrible place to live . I was here for a year and it took them 5 months to get rid of the roaches . They won't replace your carpet when tou move in just shampoo it . It took 1week for the carpet stains to show it was gross . One part of the carpet was so bad you could slip on the carpet. And my shower wall caved in and it took them two weeks to start fixing the problem. Something was always breaking. Front office was never there when we needed to recharge are laundry card or to pay the rent . And it would be 2-4 hours when they decided to come to the office. I will never go back to this horrible place ever . If ever think by going by here to live . There is never security around to guarantee your cars safety cause there is no gate around the apartments to protect it from people who don't live there. They don't even have cameras around parking area . If I could rate this place I would give it a no stars ."
