"I love this community. David and the office staff are so professional, friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy Pete is professional, handles requests quickly and is thorough and thoughtful. The location and amenities are spot on! For the location the price is right! I would 10/10 recommend this community for anyone looking in the Casas Adobes area for a great place to call home!"

"Been living here for almost a year, I’ve had almost no problems. Maintenance is always very quick and professional. I had my washer/dryer break, I put in a maintenance request and the next day they were here to check on it. They realized we needed a new one and it was ordered and installed within a few days. Great Complex with very friendly people."

"Recently just moved from these appartments. The team they have now is amazing, and work orders get done in a timely manner. the property manager Maria is great, she is friendly, easy to talk to. When i talked about moving she even gave recommendations for appartments in the area i was moving to. The moving out process was easy and everything that would be done on the leasing office side was explained and easy to understand. The location is great. The only negative is that the kitchen is just a tad bit too small, the dishwasher would always get caught on the stove's drawer."

"I placed an urgent maintenance request for my water heater @ 1:15pm. The maintenance supervisor Pete, returned my call about 15 minutes later and was at my apartment within the hour to inspect the water heater. I honestly didn't think that my water heater would be replaced so quickly. It was replaced in less than 2 hours. If I could give 10 stars...I would. I've lived here for a few years now and I can honestly say there is a huge difference with the upkeep of this apartment complex. Pete and 2 other staff members were so attentive and kind throughout this whole process. Super grateful to be a resident of this community."

"We had a little hiccup with the wait time of our maintenance request but once we realized the preferred way of the office, to receive maintenance requests; we had everything fixed by the next day. Thanks to Pete! He showed up on time and was very friendly and welcoming, and fixed all of our issues without a problem.
