"Gia at front office, Vince in back office and my provider Nicole - all did such a great job getting me in quickly during a busy day. There were no more appointments available but I was accepted as a walk in. They were kind with great bedside manner, happy, friendly and listened to me. It was a great experience especially compared to some not so great ones by Banner in the past. It seems they have new management - something is different and in a good way."

"This is the second time I have been to this clinic. Both times the practitioners were not willing to listen to my needs or give me the medication I need. After my first visit I was told to come back if the steroid didn’t clear my sinus infection. Went back and was denied medication again. I know my body well and they don’t listen. Very disappointing and I won’t go to Banner again."

"Have to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT for urgent care......Only in AZ. This whole health system sucks. AZ is the ONLY state that I have had to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT for urgent care. It's faster to drive to Blythe in Cali and go to an urgent car there. Hardly any wait times. I was the only one there when I went in. In and out in about 30 minutes."

"I went in for care for an infection. I shared with the doctor concerns that I may have something more. She rushed me out and was not patient. I went in about two weeks ago and was tested. I did not get a call or anything until up until this last Thursday. The infection had gotten worse. I wish doctors would listen to their patients when they say their concerns, I understand protocol, but there’s no way a test like that should take about a week and a half. I was self-medicating with over-the-counter for over a week before I was even able to get a call back. Not only that, they did not inform me that I had a prescription ready at all at my own pharmacy. Which means I may have to refill and start all over with this process. The person who answered the phone also could have been more understanding. The receptionist is super sweet aside from all of that but I am never going back."
