"My young son has thrived under the positive influence of Primrose for over six months, cherishing every moment. Located discreetly on the northwest corner of Crismon and Guadalupe, the school offers ample parking for drop-off and pick-up. Access is secured with a number pad lock, ensuring safety. Upon entry, signing in your child is required. The staff members are all exceptional, consistently providing pleasant interactions without a single issue. I wholeheartedly endorse Primrose for its remarkable environment and dedicated team."
"I honestly couldn’t think of a better place for my son to go to daycare. The people/teachers here are truly incredible and genuinely care about my son. I’m so grateful to have found primrose school for him!"
"So I had the chance to work at this daycare and had our two children enrolled. Now let me start off with the worse thing that’s happened to our daughter. Our daughter had a teacher that had it out for her, now why? I have no idea. Probably because she wasn’t talking as much and couldn’t tell us what was happening. This teacher DRAGGED our daughter by her feet in the hallway! We as parents are so disappointed and frustrated and the school covered it up and is protecting the teacher. We got to school and I dropped the kids off in their classroom and went to go clock in. When I heard a loud screaming and crying in the hallway. I looked and I am telling you our daughter was being dragged by her feet by her teacher. The director at the time spoke with the teacher and let me know that our daughter was trying to go into another classroom… so you dragged my child by her feet? All I was told that they will talk to the teacher again and make sure it doesn’t happen AGIAN. Why should there be a second time…? And never got told that the teacher didn’t do it either. Now this teacher has also left bruises from grabbing our daughter to hard, this teacher has not allowed our child to have seconds for lunch or snack. During my break or bathroom breaks I would check on our children. And yes I would see our daughter asking for more food and the teacher would ignore her and she would go back to her seat crying. When we would get home our daughter was eating so much. Our daughter was hardly given love, comfort, attention from this teacher. Now I did talk to the leaders at the front office and they would make excuses for what the teacher was doing. I would cry and beg them to have that teacher moved out of our daughters class. The classroom our daughter was in it’s a potty training room, and the teacher would say “she doesn’t change diapers or pull-ups” we would pick our daughter up with pee or poop and I would have to change her before we could leave. We would drop our daughter off crying and would pick her up crying because of this teacher. We as staff are told to comfort and help get the child from the parents so they could leave. I never received that from this teacher when our daughter would cry. So frustrating as a staff and parent I wasn’t being taken seriously about the safety of our child. The director and HR would tell me “the teacher has 20 years of experience and is great to children so that’s why they are not letting her go” all they did was talk and talk and no action was taken. I was also told “ since there are no cameras, it’s my word against this teacher” it’s very frustrating! As a staff my attendance was brought up so many times, now let me tell you why I was missing so much. Our children got sick all the time, fevers, colds, they also got the hand foot and mouth disease two times in 10 months, our son had to get stitches from falling and hitting his head on the corner of the table and busted his skin open and they expected me to come to work the next day. As a staff we are so poorly treated and no reward if you go above and beyond. I stayed so many times overtime, my hours got changed so many times, covered other staffs shifts when they know I have two children that there schedule is being thrown off too. We are always talked too over and over and get threatened with a write up when we are absolutely doing our best and have a life outside of work. We are told “primrose is our number one priority “ no mercy for anything personal you may have going on outside of work. As a staff I was asked to lie to state about ratio just to help the director and the leaders not get in trouble. When classroom ratio is such a big problem and not enough staff. As parents we are so disappointed and frustrated that we didn’t get help or taken seriously! Now this teacher still works there. Just wanted to share this and hope it helps others! Save your money and go elsewhere and would NEVER recommend this daycare to no one!!"
"Our son started at Primrose in June of 2023, shortly before he turned 3. Prior to Primrose, he was at another facility for 18 months so we were nervous for the change. My biggest regret with bringing him to Primrose is not bringing him here earlier! The communication is outstanding with Primrose staff! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. There are always fun activities going on each month, including a spirit week almost every month. Primrose is so supportive of families and the kiddos. I have seen so much developmental progress in our son in the 5 months he has been at Primrose. Another amazing thing that happened shortly after he started here, is he was FINALLY potty trained! The staff listened to my requests for how we wanted to do things (unlike his previous school) and it actually worked! I really cannot say enough great things about Primrose. They have exceeded our expectations! If you are thinking about bringing your child here, definitely take a tour!"
"I’m so glad I found this daycare for my little guy. Staff is wonderful and very caring to the kids. I love how they use an app that notifies you of what they did through out the day. It also tells you what they ate and how much of it was consumed. They notify all diaper changes. Plus add cute pics through out the day. So all those details many parents ask at pick up elsewhere, you’ll already have the answer too! It’s so great! I’ve always been so scared to send my kids to daycare. This one I feel like my little one is in excellent hands. Thanks Primerose!"
