"The flowers were ordered and delivered two hours later! They were slammed, but the owner Will was kind enough to send me a picture of the gorgeous bouquet. He made it up special because I requested the roses be switched out for longer lasting flowers. He added way more flowers than the one I paid for. It was great pricing and they executed my order without a glitch. My friend who is grieving said it was the prettiest arrangement he had ever seen, and it totally brightened his day! I love supporting small businesses and this one is a jewel!"

Upon delivery, it was discovered that one of the flowers wasn't in the best shape. Cotton Blossom took the flowers back and brought a brand new arrangement to my mother at no extra cost. Will Dunn, the owner, was so understanding on the phone and very patient about the entire process. It's hard to come by great customer service, but small businesses like this one did it well."
