"this place scammed us for some black and white paper copies. Instead of taking out the receipts amount, they charged my card 3x the amount. I went back in to speak to someone regarding the issue, the name of this person is Bobby I believe, they are a manager. I'm unsure if that was their name, but they were no help and I was not the only one that this happened to. Be aware that this place is just a scam and they will take your money for no reason. I do not recommend this place for any of your needs, go somewhere else."

"Manager and associates at this location are phenomenal. I would drive out of my way to come to this Staples. I was surprised to see that they now sell PlayStation, switch, and Xbox. They have games, consoles, accessories, the whole nine. But seriously consider coming to this location just for the customer service. They go above and beyond. I had to make a return that I wasn't too sure about but they still took care of me and trusted me and that means a lot. Bring your original payment method to make it easier for the return."
