"Honestly, I am very shocked at these reviews. Nana’s Place is the first and only daycare I looked at when I moved from the Midwest. The curriculum is great and my kids learn new things everyday. They have developed a relationship there with all their teachers and Bre just loves my son Grumps. My kids are so happy here. My daughter made new friends and starts talking about the daycare the moment I pick her up. She is learning Spanish and does different activities everyday. I have so much art work between my two kids, I can’t even count! Joana, Cynthia, & Bre take pride in their jobs and I love it. I can honestly say that there is love and support at this daycare. I have absolutely no problem with the daycare. The women here are beautiful, very nice, definitely NOT disrespectful to parents or children, they are very soft spoken and super accommodating and understanding. The prices are one of the lowest in Phoenix. Not to mention the hours. Fantastic! Try them out for yourself. Don’t listen to all the bad reviews, it is a lot of “Karen’s“out there trying to make black owned businesses look bad. Nana’s place has my full support!"

"Infection disease outbreaks constantly. Nana's Place needs to disinfectant their establishment. This is so dangerous and nasty, your kids lives are at risk coming to this daycare. I literally had to rush my daughter to the emergency room behind this place! The doctor advised me to not return my baby to this daycare!"

"My kids went to this daycare. As a single father the staff here made things a lot simpler to work and pick my young kids. Their communication is great and expectations and compromise when needed is fair"

"I’m glade I called today before I was going to enroll my kids here. The girl on the phone no good customer service name was Christina B. How do you ask me a question keep talking after I’m answering it .Attitude wouldn’t let me speak to explain care needs once again, RUDE said no director was available I callback to speak with someone else an director Misty answered said her staff didn’t have a attitude. That she was sitting right there well I thought no director was available. If you didn’t have space why give me paper work last week for them to start this week. What type of daycare is this Thanks for opening my eyes.I give you all a big 0 . I had to put the one star. I don’t play about my kids. Wonder how y’all communicate with the kids that are in the center"

"Noticed a lot of reviews and was a bit surprised at all the negative ones. My son is now 2 going on 3 and he has been going to this facility since he was about 6+ months old. He loves the employees, and they seem to enjoy having him once he has stopped his brief tantrum at being dropped off, which lasts only until he gets through the door or until he gets lunch. What i like most is the structure, the other reviews may say there is none, but that's not true. As for the complaints about rude employees, i have never been treated rudely, but there were a few people who had personality traits i didnt care for, but that is going to happen anywhere you go, both parties just need to remember to be professional. Overall, I would recommend it to others and will continue to use this facility, and hope they begin having Sunday daycare again since i dont believe they have begun Sundays again due to Covid."
