"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! I recently engaged with this company for a service, and unfortunately, my experience has been highly disappointing. Despite paying for their services, I encountered significant issues with communication. Multiple attempts to reach them via phone calls were met with silence, leaving me feeling neglected and frustrated. Additionally, the service I paid for was not performed satisfactorily, further exacerbating my dissatisfaction. This lack of responsiveness and failure to deliver on promises seriously undermines their credibility and leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service. I would caution others to carefully consider their options before engaging with this company."

"I debated doing this review but after the call I just had with them I would like to warn other people about this place. It is the most unorganized office I have came across. I can’t wait to stop working with them.. I would honestly prefer to get my money back and go somewhere else.. They are VERY quick to push you to sign contract and pay in FULL ($2k) , they don’t do payments, but do not deliver their services in a timely manner. I signed contract to have them help me do my advance parole and they took weeks to assign my case to a paralegal ( I had to call multiple times to make this happen) and struggled so much to get the list of documents needed. And I dropped off all documents at once to avoid any further delays since I’m applying because my grandma is sick, and again never updated on what to expect next or how long it will take for them to prepare forms to file. Well i called today asking for update to know what to expect, and I was promised a call back ( they do this a lot and never call back ) so after a few hours I called back, spoke to paralegal and she told me it will take ANOTHER 3-4 weeks to prepare my forms to file with USCIS. I was in shock.. I told her I wanted to speak to Manager and of course I was told manager would call me which I doubt happens. I’m just so disappointed, I should have stuck with my previous lawyer. I would have never signed the contract knowing how slow and uncommunicative they are."
