"The security officers were so welcoming. The lady receptionist is very awesome and helpful was 5 stars. As I was sitting there, I witnessed every immigration officers were friendly when they come out to greet the people. I was hoping that my immigration officer is like this. OMG.. the immigration officer: Munoz. His attitude is bad. He is very intimidating. Not friendly. I checked in for my appointment early.. still waiting and an hour later, got a voicemail from Munoz saying that I was a no show. I was sitting outside the door, never did dare to go bathroom the whole time. I went to receptionist and according to the receptionist, he called her to see if I was there, he was told twice that I checked in an hour ago. Had a scary interview with him. His demeanor changed when he heard what my occupation was. I am glad that I didn't have to deal with him anymore. USCIS need immigration officers who will make the next generation of citizens feel safe and welcome to come."

"Their automated phone system is terrible. They won't let you speak to a real person, even coming up with absurd reasoning that their automated system can answer questions better than actual people. Finally when the AI has had enough it simply hangs up."
