"Great place to live, but the HOA is ran horribly. Worst HOA company ever. They pick and choose who to give fines and warnings to. You get very little return on your HOA fees. There is not a forum where your voice can be heard, only a yearly zoom meeting. In the zoom meeting, the HOA tells you lies and makes false promises. If you attempt to bring up a concern it either false upon deaf ears or you are threatened and then targeted for future fines. You can drive by any of the board members homes and they have the same violations they are threatening you with. Love the community, but hate the board. My message to the board: Everyone is a tough guy over the phone."

"Bought a 10 year old Angle home on over a third of an acre on N Old Ranch. The house is so well built, it still looks and feels new. I'm as close to 66/airport/trains as you can get and the house is completely quiet."

"Bought our home in 2016 and my family and I love it here! Great friendly neighbors in a safe kid friendly neighborhood. We have 2 younger children who ride their bikes out front and we never have people flying down our roads and when people pass they are always friendly. Yes you hear the trains a little bit here and there but honestly its truly not that bad and it makes me wonder what these people who complain so much are like in real life...probably the typical person who can never be pleased anyways so i wouldn't pay them much attention in these reviews."

"Love it here! Moved here from California. Yes you can hear the trains. It's not that bad you do get used to it. We have been very happy with the neighborhood, neighbors and the builder. I would have to say the only drawback for me was in picking the lot that I did. I didn't take into consideration how badly my beautiful view would be blocked by the newly built houses around me. New people are moving in and other people are re-selling with no problems finding buyers. I think one person that posted a negative review was just having a sour grapes moment. Pay no mind to them."
