"My wife and I took our son to Dr. Bellot for over three years. Then they sent a bill to the wrong address, did not attempt to contact us otherwise, sent us to collections, then refuse to correct the issue. What is worse is that the office "manager" I spoke to lied about where the bill was sent, which doesn't make any sense because we can see the address that the bill was sent to. Considering how small of a town Yuma is, and given the fact that this is a small business, it is shocking how poorly they treat their clients."

"Dr. Bellot is good but her staff is awful. They're rude and you're put on hold for long times. I recently found out I had a bill on collections. I called to ask why they NEVER sent me a bill or called me, the girl was extremely rude and said they did but when I asked for a copy she conviniently said it would take a few days. Never going back because I can't trust her staff to do their job."
