"We love Dr. Alou! (My son thinks his name is Baloo, like the bear) He's so kind and great with my son. His office is always busy, so there's usually a long wait, but I don't hold that against him. He's created a kid-friendly environment and the staff often give small gifts to the kids, especially after vaccinations. His examinations are also quick and to the point but he'll also answer any questions I have. I'm very pleased with my experiences so far."
