"Yvonne is very unprofessional. I contacted her to schedule a viewing of a property, and she wanted me to drive to her office to meet her and then go see the property. That was going to add 20 to 30 minutes to the time it would take for me to go see the property, and I was going to be taking time out of my work day to see it. I asked her to please schedule a time to meet me at the property instead, for the sake of time efficiency, and she said she would not do it that way because she's had too many people not show up to appointments, so I would need to meet her at her office if I wanted to see the property. I have looked at TONS of properties as a prospective renter over the years, and have never been required to go out of my way to meet at the property manager's office before going to see the property. I've always just met the property manager at the property. Furthermore, I work in an industry that I have to make appointments with prospective customers as well, and I have people not show up for appointments all the time. That's just the name of the game. You don't ever disrespect a prospective customer by overtly assuming (and voicing those assumptions) that they will not show up. That makes for terrible business practices. Needless to say, I started researching reviews, and found that many people have been disappointed with this company. It also seems like this property manager is not very good about maintaining her properties, or about giving tenant deposits back. I will not be renting from this company."

"Do not ever rent from this lady she is unprofessional in the way she conducts business. Never fixed anything in the house that was reported. This company is a joke kept our deposits for foolish things and when I called to talk with yvonn she cursed at me. Save yourself a hassle there is much better or there."
