"I have had many great experiences when coming into this building for any kind of assistance I needed. My realtor's name is Ken and he is a fantastic and respectful man, very knowledgeable and is always happy to answer any questions you may have. On the other hand I got to deal with a woman named Margaret today and she was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional over the phone. She called my fiance first who tried to give me the phone but Margret angrily said "NO IM DEALING WITH YOU". I have never missed a rent payment but after I was a couple days late due to an error with the bank. Margret just told us we are locked out of the system to pay online and had to come in with a cashier's check instead. Then she proceeded to talk to me unprofessionally saying things like "you need to get over here today" and eventually hung up on me. She treated both my fiance and I like trash and if I ever see her in person, she will be receiving very many choice words."
