"We were passing through through late, and decided to stay the night las minute. We drove to three other places along our route which were all booked before we got here. We were grateful this place had a room and that it didn't have the smell of smoke in it that permeated in the hallway. The room was clean, the beds were made, more than enough clean (but really scratchy) towels were there, the AC worked through the night. My family slept comfortably there. Thanks."

"I have not stayed at the hotel and would never. My parents unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. My mother has medical conditions that were not accommodating. They drove up Friday and when they got there my mother who has a weak bladder asked to use the restroom, apparently asking to use their restroom is a “No No”, was not given a key or even a go ahead to use their facility causing her to use the restroom on herself. Instead of the lady at the Front Desk being understanding she basically kept threatening to kick my parents out and kept pointing at a sign stating they can refuse service to anyone. My father who does not confrontation was treated with the utmost disrespect. I kinda feel as though my parents were racially profiled. Being that they are African Americans in the world live in today, I would definitely hate for that to be the case. To be a hole in the wall place, they acted as such. I would definitely not be recommending this place to any of my Caucasian friends let alone minorities after this experience"

"These reviews are not right. I arrived and honestly there was nothing available last min and when I asked the woman at front office if she had availability ,she was more than happy to assist me and my family. We even stayed a few more nights , felt safe and comfortable. Conveniently located near mini mart , gas station and restaurants. I would come here again vs paying less in an unsafe location. Clean."

"Broken exterior doors. Ice machine broken. Pillows so flat might as well have none. No fridge, micro or coffee pot. I gave it a star for having a tv even though all stations are worthless. Not quite sure whether or not to sleep on top of bed cover verses use the sheets. Given 2 different prices at check in. Bullhead City needs to take some control on their motels and hotels and have them pass health and safety checks. I've yet to find one totally acceptable here and I'm not even that picky. I feel like I'm in the getto!"
