"I went to enquiry information about the apartment complex and was met by a person named Imelda. She was very welcoming and made me feel like my business was appreciated. She was knowledgeable about the property, courteous, and patient with my many questions. She took the time to walk me around the property and showed me all amenities. Another thing that caught my attention was how professional the other staff members were."

"I’ve been leasing here for about a year, and it has been a highly positive experience. The attentive and responsive staff promptly address maintenance concerns. The front office staff are always positive, easy to talk to, and eager to help. There have been no issues with parking or noise, and a pleasant atmosphere among neighbors. The only drawback is that most washing machines are out of order, which prevents a 5-star rating. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone."

"DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPLEX! Zero stars! The management is HORRIBLE starting with the office staff. They do nothing but lie, never answer calls or return messages. The grounds keeping is HORRENDOUS! The grass hasn't been mowed in over two months. I have addressed this issue with the office staff only to be told lie after lie! Tenants are using their own blowers to keep areas clean near their units, one even mowing a small patch of grass in front of his unit because the grass was so tall. The laundry rooms are always filthy, so much so that an 80 year old tenant tries her best to clean them herself. I could go on!! There are NO EXCUSES for any of this given the rent has increased dramatically in the past year. Several tenants have expressed to me that they can't wait to move. Can't wait too!! Look elsewhere if you want a clean complex, maintained units, and helpful office staff."

"Imelda in the front office is awesome. Understand, the owner of the property makes all the decisions regarding the property maintenance. They are changing the gardener services and hopefully the lawns will be maintained shortly. While living here, the pool maintenance has been hit and miss. More times that not, the pool looks green instead of the blue color. Another issue is the dog poop. It is extremely disgusting and several tenants do not feel the need to pick up after the dogs. I see it however I am not aware where these tenants live. This issue is very difficult for the office staff to control, they send out reminders to no avail. These reviews MUST be forwarded to the OWNERS of the property so they can implement these changes to insure the tenants remain and renew their leases."
