"Poor management, over priced for what you get. Completely outdated & non working essentials. Do not keep up with maintenance, the pool was literally green for almost six months. Anytime you complain or request a fix for the apartment, they claim to make an appointment for you and never get to it. Dishwashers are just for show & aren't even hooked up. Noisy neighbors that management does nothing about. Cockroaches are everywhere and any sinks you have always have bugs crawling out of them. Poorly painted, and still have tape on corners from when they painted that was never removed, any "updated fixes" end up falling apart in about a weeks time. If you can go anywhere else, please do so or you will be broke and forced to invest in fixing your own apartment from the ground up. Would rather stay in a motel room honestly."
