"I was very upset last Monday as my husband and I drove three hours to the Gilbert office to be told I was late and they cancelled my appointment. The appointment was for 1:45, I got there at 2:03. I was told I had to check in at 1:30!!! The girl said I should of called to say I was running late. I said why, you can never get through to a person so why bother???? I started having a panic attack and tearing up. While I was standing there another young lady called my name to come back for my appointment and the one who CANCELLED me took it out of her hand and said I was CANCELLED. I said I needed to be seen in person. My husband is having open heart surgery on the 20th and I can't come back for a while. They said they didn't have any openings and they had a virtual appointment with Rick Allen. I was told this was my only option so I took it. While I was in the parking lot the Mesa office called for virtual appointment and I asked the young lady if Rick was in the office and if I could come in and see him since I was already up in Phoenix. She said yes!!! We drove over, the appointment was about 7 to 8 minutes and we drove back to Yuma. When I have seen Dr. Leathem in the past, he has said that since we drive 3 hours away he would still see me. I apologized for being late. I usually have a positive experience with staff and doctors."

"Hi, I was in the office today and was accompanied by a lovely nurse, a lovely nurse, assistant, receptionist, and last of all and lovely doctor that had bedside matter that was prestige. Just wanted to give the office a five stars I was handled with care and didn't spend more than one hour Doing paperwork and my shots and everything I was very impressed"

"Was trying to change my appointment to a different time. I've contacted, emailed, phoned, messaged .through portal. Noone contacted me. Turns out I had a balance that they will not communicate with you until it's paid off. Poor"

"The PA I saw was genuinely concerned for me and scheduled a medical procedure in only 6 days! They all really seem to want to get to the root of the problem, and fix it instead of just throwing pills at the problem. I'm more than satisfied with my treatment and believe they genuinely care about me as a patient."
