"My experience was great! This office came highly recommended from a friend and I'm so happy I got in! Despite other negative reviews I just read, everyone I encountered here was pleasant and professional-even when scheduling. Annette is an angel on earth for getting me in as soon as she saw a cancelation. Otherwise, I was looking at months to get in which is normal these days. The male PA I saw was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and took time to answer my questions and explained his findings. Definitely did not feel rushed out like I have with many other medical professionals I've seen."

"I waited 2 months to get in with the dermatologist. They called to confirm the day before the appointment then a couple hours later got a call saying the Dr. Would not be in after all so were pushing me to see the P.A. I said I waited 2 months so wanted to see him. They could not make that happen for 1 1/2 months. I used to do the same job for another doctors office. The Dr would find an appointment when it was their fault. I asked to talk to the office manager who also was not a bit nice. So who do you talk to in this case. Nobody cares there. The scheduler said real sassy said "lady do you want an appointment or not." They could not be more rude."
