"Needs rent control. The fact that they used to go off your income for rent and not anymore is a huge let down. I’m literally working just to pay rent. The whole no more leases thing also kind of bothers me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move to these apartments. However the people who work directly here at vista creek and phenomenal and accommodating."

"Lease violations are allowed if they like you. If they don't they will find every excuse to make it uncomfortable. Kids will ask you if they can fire your weapon if your carrying not appreciating the true power or consequences of a firearm. A lot of drug activity goes on & felons like to hide out there. To answer your question it's difficult to get a unit let alone paying rent. They price gouge to the fullest & the staff are not to be trusted especially a woman named Tammy. Do not trust Tammy."
