"Lived here since Aug. 2015 .. Nice n quiet.. Hotter then HELL from June thru Sept. 110/125° Not much to do besides the River.. N going into Arizona casinos Laughlin is bout 20 min drive. No grocery store besides dollar general.... But we have 7 or so dispensaries n now about 12 grow houses... Which has brought money to upgrade the ballparks n repair streets ...."

Everything was great until Me and my family starting getting sick come to find out there was mold in the walls between our apartment in the adjacent apartment for the grass sprinklers washed away the outside stucco the water was going inside the window of the Adjacent apartment one maintenance idiot Cut a hole in wall said there was no mold then and I myself in another maintenance guy used my inspection camera made a video of the inside wall covered with mold the owner who lives in Los Angeles told the manager barabra to issue a check of $2000 if we agreed to move out we did move out."

"Liz is one good manager. She has done some pretty nice things for people. I used to work there and Henry helped me with a place to live. Even thought he ended up doing some underhanded things when I left, Liz does great. The maintenance was always done and yes, she doesn't pander to everyone. The rent is very affordable and the living conditions are good. LoL Not a bad place to live. Great residents. Henry sucks, but if he made the money that he should, maybe he wouldn't have to be so Henry'ish. Seriously, what would a person expect. I know a guy that has lived there for 25 yrs. and he is content. He can afford to pay his rent."
